Machhapuchchhre Capital is a licensed underwriter from Securities Board of Nepal to undertake the responsibility to buy the unsubscribed shares in case of under subscription from public. We provide underwriting service to corporate companies to issue new securities in the market. MCL as an underwriter offers efficiency in the capital markets and reduce risk to participants by automating and facilitating the distribution and settlement of new and secondary issues. We have the responsibility of registering new securities with the Securities Board of Nepal and help sell the new securities.
