Mr. Bishwambhar Neupane has been associated with Machhapuchchhre Bank Limited since July 16, 2004. He started his banking career from Everest Bank Ltd then he was associated with Nepal Industrial and Commercial Bank as Senior Officer. He has long experience in banking sectors with vast knowledge of overall banking functions.

Mr. Neupane is an MBA graduate from Kathmandu University having strong problem-solving, analytical and decision-making skills, ability to cope under pressure, good communication and presentation skills with best commercial awareness.

With 16 years plus of progressive banking experience, Mr. Prasidha Raj Aryal has garnered vast knowledge and skill in commercial banking. He has hands-on experience across different verticals mainly Credit Business, Treasury & Correspondent Banking, Branch Operations and Micro Finance. He was previously associated with Civil Bank Limited, Sunrise Bank Limited and Nepal Investment Bank Limited in various capacities.
Mr. Aryal is an MBA graduate from Kathmandu University School of Management. Team focused leadership style and interpersonal skills combined with technical knowledge and strong business relationships are his main attributes.

Mr. Dip Prakash Pandey has been elected as director of Machhapuchchhre Capital Limited from the second AGM of the company held on Kartik 10, 2078. Mr. Pandey has two decades’ experience in the insurance sector and now serves as CEO of Shikhar Insurance Company Ltd. Before joining Shikhar Insurance Company Ltd., he served as the General Manager at Everest Insurance for around ten years. His professional ability and prudence along with his strong belief in teamwork has helped him acquire experience in the local as well as in the international market.

Mr. Sudeep Khanal has an experience of working in various banks for more than 4 year. Starting from working as one of the four Chartered Accountants recruited by the Rastriya Banijya Bank to succeed the management team appointed under the Nepal Financial Sector reform of the World Bank, he has worked as Assistant CEO - Support Service Ecosystem of NIC Asia Bank. He has completed Chartered Accountancy from Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI) and has been operating a sole proprietorship firm S. Khanal and Associates, Chartered Accountants since 2007. Besides the extensive experience as a CA and Banker, he has served as a member and coordinator of Management Committee and support committee of Nepal College of Management (Gurukul Education Foundation), He has also served as a Board member of Nepal College of Management for 2 years. He is also one of the renowned trainer at NBI (National Banking Institute)

Mrs. Shah is an education enthusiast working in the field of management and education since last 20 years in different educational institutions of the Kathmandu Valley. As a professional teacher, she started her career from Lincoln College of Management as a subject teacher of Principle of Management, Human Resource Management and Project Management. She worked for Morgan College of Management for 5 years. She also worked as a coordinator of Modern Nepal College for 4 years. Currently, she is working as a faculty of management in Global College of Management with involvement in College Management and subject teacher in Modern Nepal College.
