Mr. Malakar is a double Masters' Degree holder in Monetary Economics and Financial Management from Tribhuvan University of Nepal. He holds the position of Chief, Credit Support and Monitoring of Machhapuchchhre Bank Limited and currently deputed as officiating Chief Executive Officer of Machhapuchchhre Capital Limited.
With over 27 years of Banking career, along with current responsibilities, he has extensive experiences of Banking field including working as Branch manager of Birgunj and Newroad branch, Head of Operations, Retail Banking Head, Business Banking Head, Province Manager of Bagmati Province, CBO of Gandaki, Lumbini, Karnali and Sudurpaschim Province of Machhapuchchhre Bank Limited.

Mrs. Thapa holds the Master’s Degree in Management from Tribhuvan University. Currently, she is the head of Operation department of the Portfolio Management Services. She has over 17 years of experience in the field of the financial sector and Nepalese Capital Market. She has experience on public issuance of shares, registrar of shares, DP/Demat services and operations of portfolio management services. Her previous career points include serving at Nepal Finance Limited and Vibor Capital Limited (Muktinath Capital Limited). She has been the part of Machhapuchchhre Capital Limited since 2015.

Mr. Rajbahak, a bachelor's degree holder in business studies, and has over a decade of experience in the field of Financial Sector, Auditing and Merchant & Investment Banking Business. His expertise is financial planning, taxation, auditing & internal control, and compliance systems. Excelling his knowledge of the capital market, he has served as compliance officer, company secretary and head of HR, Administration, IT and Treasury Department for so many years in different institutions.
He has joined at Machhapuchchhre Capital Limited in 2014 where he heads finance & planning department, manages treasury fund from last seven years and now assigned as leads to the Portfolio Management Services (CRM, Trading & Treasury) from Poush 2079 and has attended training & workshop on IFRS, AMLCFT, technical analysis and valuation model etc.

Mrs. Dongol holds a bachelor Degree in Finance from Tribhuvan University. Before joining Machhapuchchhre Capital, she was associated with Mega Capital Markets Limited for 8 months in Merchant Banking Department and she also has worked for over 6 years with NIBL Ace Capital in Dp Department as Department Head. Mrs. Dongol has been actively involved in the Nepalese Capital Market for more than 10 years.

She has worked in this field in various organizations like Vibor Bikas Bank Limited, Avant Ventures Pvt. Ltd and G.O.Automobiles Pvt. Ltd. Currently, She has been assigned as Company Secretary and she leads the HR and Administration department of Machhapuchchhre Capital Limited.

Ms. Prajapati has over eight years of experience in the field of Financial Sector and Capital Market. Her expertise is in financial planning, control, auditing, taxation, and internal control systems. Excelling her knowledge at the Machhapuchchhre Capital Limited, she was involved as lead in finance & treasury, compliance, administration, HR department. She had joined Machhapuchchhre Capital Limited (then Kriti Capital & Investments Ltd.) in 2016, where she served as Incharge of financial planning and internal control department and now assigned as Compliance Officer & In Charge of overall Internal Control System of the capital. She is a management graduate from Tribhuvan University and has attended training & workshops on NFRS, AMLCFT, and taxation etc

Mr. Kayastha holds the Master’s degree in Management from Tribhuvan University. He is presently serving as the In-Charge of the Research, Strategy and Product Development Department. Prior to this role, he had worked as a Portfolio Manager at the company. He has over seven years of experience in the field of Financial Sector and Capital Market. Mr. Lakhe, a master’s degree holder in MBA (Global Business) from SAIM College affiliated to Pokhara University, has been working in the field of investment management since 2019. Working for last four years as a portfolio manager as well as actively engaged in the research and analytical work related to stock market and macroeconomics being associated with Kriti Capital and Investment Limited (Before merger with Machhapuchchhre Capital Limited). He is currently leading the Trading and Treasury Department as an In-charge at Machhapuchchhre Capital Limited managing the investment of PMS clients and Treasury fund.

Ms. Maharjan, a master degree holder in MBA-Finance has been engaged in the field Banking and Investment Banking sectors with expertise managing Private Equity/ Venture Capital of the company and creating values for both portfolio companies and investors since last 5 years. Currently, she is In-charge of Corporate Financial Advisory/Investment Banking Department fulfilling responsibilities of business planning, financial modeling and valuation, management presentations, client relationship, business research, data analysis and overall corporate financial advisory services. She is also company secretary of Kriti Venture Fund Ltd. a Private Equity/Venture Capital Fund promoted by Machhapuchchhre Capital Limited, Shikhar Insurance Limited and Team Ventures where she oversees the fund’s entire investment management
